Job summary

You will work with operations to prioritize workflow, provide updates to Customer Care, and support end-to-end subcontracting processes, driving improvements across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of production planning experience in manufacturing.
• ERP experience (SAP, Oracle or JD Edwards) with strong MRP understanding.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules based on demand forecasts, inventory levels, and capacity constraints.
• Coordinate intercompany demand planning with global teams for alignment and accuracy.
• Monitor work center capacity and adjust schedules to maximize efficiency and throughput.
• Provide material availability and delivery updates to Customer Care; support order promising based on inventory and production schedules.
