Mativ is seeking a Production Planner for on-site work in Neenah, WI to coordinate planning across manufacturing assets. You will schedule production in the ERP/MRP system, balance service levels with efficiency, and partner with sales, customer service, and operations to meet customer demand.

You will manage short- and mid-term capacity, identify bottlenecks, optimize inventory, and support continuous improvement projects with cross-functional teams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, supply chain, or related field.
• Understanding of inventory management and demand planning practices.
• Proficiency in Excel for viewing, modifying, and analyzing reports.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Aufgaben

• Prepare daily schedules for assets in the ERP/MRP system, balancing service with production efficiency.
• Manage short- and mid-term capacity outlook, identifying bottlenecks and solving issues.
• Collaborate with operations leaders to align staffing, overtime, and downtime weekly.
• Manage inventory strategy to minimize costs while meeting service goals.
• Make rerouting and outsourcing decisions to balance capacity with external providers.
• Collaborate with customer service to provide accurate dates and fulfill quantities.
• Collaborate with planning team to support coverage and idea sharing.
• Generate work and purchase orders in response to demand.
• Work with sales/marketing on initiatives affecting sites (seasonality, launches).
• Assist R&D scheduling trials to enable growth opportunities.
• Adapt to changing business needs and drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with supply chain functions to execute improvements.
