Job summary

CoorsTek, Inc. is seeking a Production Planning Coordinator II to coordinate the flow of work across departments to meet customer demands and forecasts.

You will plan and schedule production orders, manage master schedules, and coordinate with manufacturing to ensure on-time delivery. The role requires 3 years of related experience and a strong understanding of MRP tools, MS Office, and ERP systems like MFGPro.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 3 years of experience in a related field.
• Advanced understanding of MRP tools and techniques.
• Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office, Outlook and MFGPro.

Responsibilities

• Plans and schedules production orders based on priorities and material availability.
• Draws up master schedule to meet shipping dates per forecasts and orders.
• Coordinates with the manufacturing floor to manage the production schedule.
• Monitors daily progress of manufacturing orders and audits transactions.
• Monitors quality, service and delivery issues and takes corrective actions.
