Responsibilities

• Owns purchasing of materials, equipment, and services.
• Schedules repairs, renovations, safety inspections.
• Maintains CMMS records and tracking.
• Coordinate multiple maintenance work orders.
• Develop preventive maintenance plans.
• Liaise with Supply chain for supplier selection.
• Monitor KPIs for Facilities Department.
