Job summary

PrecisionX Group is seeking a Planning Coordinator to develop, maintain, and optimize production schedules. The role ensures on-time delivery, efficient resource use, and seamless cross-department coordination in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will monitor workloads, adjust plans for downtime, material delays, or staffing changes, and track throughput and schedule adherence. A background in supply chain and ERP/MRP systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, quality, and shipping teams.
• Monitor work orders and adjust schedules for downtime or material delays.
• Track production metrics and report performance.
• Identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements.

Responsibilities

• Experience in production scheduling or related manufacturing role.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, Visual).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Analytical mindset with comfort using spreadsheets and production data.
• Clear communicator capable of working cross-functionally.
