Teledyne Micropac is seeking an experienced Production Planner to coordinate schedules, material availability, and manufacturing priorities to meet delivery commitments. You will develop and maintain production plans, balance capacity and demand, monitor workflow, and collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Procurement, Quality, and Program Management teams to ensure on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has experience in semiconductor/electronics manufacturing or other highly regulated

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain in manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (Epicor preferred).
• Strong understanding of planning, inventory control, and capacity planning.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain production schedules based on demand, inventory, materials, and capacity.
• Create and manage master production plans to support objectives and commitments.
• Analyze requirements, identify capacity constraints, bottlenecks, and conflicts.
• Coordinate with Procurement and Supply Chain to ensure timely materials availability.
• Monitor WIP and throughput to support schedule adherence.
• Prioritize activities with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality and Operations leadership.
• Review orders, forecasts and backlog to align schedules with needs.
• Maintain ERP/MRP data accuracy and update systems regularly.
• Track KPIs: OTD, Schedule Attainment, Inventory Levels, WIP, cycle time, utilization.
• Support Sales, PM, and Customer Service with delivery commitments and changes.
• Lead planning meetings and communicate risks and mitigation plans.
• Develop recovery plans for shortages and delays.
• Drive continuous improvement in planning, inventory, and efficiency.
• Support audits and compliance with aerospace/defense quality systems.
