Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience in production planning/scheduling OR 1+ internships in supply chain/production planning in a manufacturing environment OR AA Degree plus 4 years' experience in production planning/scheduling
• Export-controlled data access eligibility required for employment
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Provide forecasts to suppliers.
• Place orders with internal and external supplies and communicate delivery status.
• Convert customer requirements to an achievable manufacturing schedule.
• Communicate schedules to manufacturing teams.
• Provide supply plans to customers.
• Establish monthly shipping plans and coordinate execution of the plans.
• Maintain visibility of overdue jobs and develop recovery schedules.
• Communicate with suppliers, manufacturing, production planning, engineering, sales and customers to ensure timely delivery.
