Job summary

Prime Matter Labs is seeking a dedicated Demand Planner to help shape the production plan for our personal care product manufacturing. You will work with production, quality, and shipping to meet targets, develop weekly and monthly schedules, and support the S&OP process by reconciling demand with capacity.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in business or supply chain and 2+ years in manufacturing, plus forecasting, data analysis, and ERP/MRP or planning software experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management, supply chain management, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing industry.
• Experience in supply chain demand planning is an asset.
• Forecasting, data analysis, and supply chain management knowledge.
• Experience in FDA-regulated manufacturing preferred.
• Working knowledge of statistical forecasting methods.

Responsibilities

• Identify production needs and set quotas and metrics.
• Develop weekly and monthly production schedules.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and shipping to meet targets.
• Prepare reports to track progress against forecasts.
• Support S&OP process by reconciling demand with capacity.
• Maintain ERP/MRP data for reliable planning.
• Assist in top-line revenue budgeting.
• Follow up with customers on delivery dates for materials.
