Dr. Squatch in Brea, CA is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily production execution on the deodorant and cold-process soap lines, manage safety, quality, and performance, and drive continuous improvement.

This hands-on role reports to the Production Manager and offers a base of 72,000–90,000 USD with comprehensive benefits; successful candidates will develop teams, stabilize operations, and build scalable processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years in production, manufacturing, operations, or shift leadership.
• Experience leading hourly teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong safety and GMP knowledge.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production execution across shift operations, including deodorant and soap lines.
• Own shift performance on safety, quality, output, and efficiency.
• Set expectations for leads, operators and material handlers.
• Ensure on-time start and adherence to the daily production plan.
• Collaborate with Planning, Maintenance, Quality, and EH&S to protect schedule.
• Maintain clear shift-to-shift communication and address staffing gaps.
• Drive safety, quality, GMP discipline and coaching on the floor.
• Develop production leads and associates and foster accountability.
• Use data and metrics to guide decisions and improve throughput.
