Job summary

Synerfac Technical Staffing represents a New Jersey-based client in Mahwah seeking a capable engineer with strong document control skills. Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in engineering document control.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for multi-level interactions.
• Strong computer literacy with MS Office.
• Experience with ISO-9001:2015 quality processes.
• Lean concepts a plus; understanding of MRP/ERP a plus.
• US citizen or permanent resident required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains shipping schedule and material shortage list.
• Interfaces between Stockroom and Purchasing on shortages.
• Publishes daily production synopsis/shipping schedule.
• Interfaces with receiving and inspection to set priorities.
• Acts as interface between production planning, purchasing, receiving and production.
• Assists in implementing ECN's and ECR's with open work orders.
• Provides status reports and charts for analysis and follow up.
• Other duties as assigned.
