Engramec is seeking a Production Planning & Scheduling Specialist to develop and maintain production plans, capacity models, and schedules for assigned facilities. The role coordinates with Manufacturing, Inventory Operations, Procurement, and Quality to confirm readiness and align with S&OP decisions.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in manufacturing operations, strong ERP and Excel skills, and a detail-oriented, analytical mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent manufacturing experience.
• 3+ years in manufacturing operations, planning, scheduling, or inventory control.
• Strong proficiency with ERP systems and production data management.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain short- and medium-term production plans based on demand, requirements, material availability, and capacity.
• Evaluate capacity by process cell, equipment, and constraints; identify bottlenecks and propose alternatives.
• Maintain accurate planning data in SAP BatchMaster and related systems; ensure scheduling accuracy and updates.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Inventory, Procurement, and Quality to confirm readiness and material release.
• Own capacity information for management/S&OP meetings; present bottlenecks and forecasts; support decision making.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align schedules with resources and material readiness; escalate risks as needed.
