Job summary

Qualifications

• A 4-year degree in Business Administration or Operations Management, or a college degree plus 3+ years relevant work experience.
• A certificate from the Association for Operations Management is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Develop production plan including timelines according to production specifications and customer requirements.
• Assist the Production Manager in planning work flow and schedules for production departments.
• Liaise with sales, procurement and other departments in the supply chain; coordinate with quality control, engineering, project management, and other staff.
• Ensure finished products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
• Conduct daily meetings to track production schedules and resolve production issues.
