Job summary

CesiumAstro in Westminster, Colorado is seeking a Manager, Production & Material Planning to lead master production scheduling, MRP, and demand/supply alignment in a regulated aerospace environment.

You will manage a team of planners, ensuring on-time delivery, data integrity in ERP/MRP, and compliance with AS9100. Collaboration across Operations, Engineering, Procurement, and Program Management is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 7-9 years of supply chain planning/procurement experience.
• These roles require leadership experience and strong planning discipline.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and aerospace/defense processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee master production schedule development, maintenance, and execution.
• Align production plans with capacity, labor, material readiness, and program requirements.
• Monitor schedule performance and mitigate delays.
• Support engineering changes and production readiness activities.
• Lead cross-functional coordination to balance load and resolve conflicts.
• Manage daily/weekly MRP execution and material flow.
