Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in production planning, supply chain, manufacturing, or related field.
• Experience with SAP and ERP systems preferred.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across departments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Office tools recommended.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Specialize in planning activities involving production control, inventory control, process control, or shop floor control / MRP integrity.
• Maintain SAP work order release schedule to ensure on-time material delivery; reschedule/complete discrete jobs as needed.
• Increase component availability at release by conducting pre-shortage analysis.
• Perform work order variance analysis.
• Review MRP execution; reconcile supply and demand; validate master scheduling and PDS requirements.
• Review and disposition Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).
• Conduct regular system maintenance and audits to ensure data accuracy.
• Prepare status reports for ECOs and ECRs in process.
• Participate in floor audits with Finance and resolve WIP issues.
• Attend weekly purchasing and project meetings with preparation and data for decision-making.
• Crosstrain within planning team to cover multiple areas and provide backup.
