Materion in Elmore, OH, is seeking a Master Planner to develop and execute demand, production and inventory plans ensuring sales and service objectives are met. This on-site role requires collaboration across Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Customer Service and outside vendors.

Qualifying candidates have a Bachelor’s in a relevant field and 1 year planning/scheduling experience in ERP; 5+ years manufacturing experience in specialty metals with SAP is highly

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Supply Chain preferred).
• 1 year planning/scheduling in manufacturing ERP environment.
• 5+ years manufacturing experience in the specialty metals industry with SAP experience.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute demand, production and inventory plans.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, Quality, Eng., and Customer Service.
• Monitor inventories, material movements and accuracy.
• Maintain production orders and firm requirements from creation to completion.
• Manage WIP and scrap with outside vendors to meet priorities.
• Address backorders and capacity concerns with manufacturing.
