Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
- 5+ years of production planning or related experience.
- Experience with SAP, MRP or ERP planning systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience in batch or chemical manufacturing preferred.
Responsibilities
- Plan short, medium, and long-term production across departments.
- Create, release, and schedule process orders to meet demand.
- Coordinate production priorities and communicate scheduling updates across teams.
- Monitor inventory, supply risks, and KPI metrics.
- Participate in IBP and lead weekly KPI alignment.
- Drive process improvements and safety compliance.
