• Fluent in English.
• Experience in batch or chemical manufacturing preferred.

• Plan short, medium, and long-term production across departments.
• Create, release, and schedule process orders to meet demand.
• Coordinate production priorities and communicate scheduling updates across teams.
• Monitor inventory, supply risks, and KPI metrics.
• Participate in IBP and lead weekly KPI alignment.
• Drive process improvements and safety compliance.
