Job summary

OPW, a global leader in fluid-handling solutions, seeks a Production Planning and Supply Chain Manager to lead production planning, buying, sourcing, and materials management. You will coach a team of planners and buyers while driving near-term execution and long-term improvements within an ERP environment.

You will develop systems to improve productivity and supplier partnerships, align supply chain with business goals, manage KPIs, and negotiate with world-class suppliers to ensure material

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Operations, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Lean manufacturing knowledge and implementation experience required.
• Proven ability to stabilize and improve underperforming supply chains.
• Strong, cross-functional influencer with accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead production planners and buyers; develop team capability.
• Drive continuous improvement across procurement and planning.
• Collaborate on cross-functional initiatives aligning with company goals.
• Manage supplier relationships with scorecards and KPI reporting.
• Monitor on-time delivery, capacity, and inventory levels to optimize service.
