The role focuses on optimizing inventory, improving forecast accuracy, and driving cross-functional collaboration to meet production goals and customer expectations, all while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field (required).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in production control, supply chain, or manufacturing operations (preferred).
• Experience with ERP or MRP systems (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate material flow, production planning, and scheduling to meet demand.
• Oversee inventory control, cycle counts, and year-end valuation.
• Manage budget tracking and monthly forecast updates for PC&L.
• Coordinate cross-functional monthly meetings for demand, capacity, and supplier constraints.
• Ensure on-time order releases and delivery with MP & Service customers.
• Investigate and resolve material shortages or supply chain disruptions.
• Develop and maintain inventory, production, and materials reporting systems.
• Lead and coach the PC&L team to drive continuous improvement.
