Job summary

ProMach, Inc. in Pewaukee, WI is seeking a Production Control Specialist to support purchasing, planning, and inventory control in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of experience in a manufacturing role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with ERP systems preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Purchase routine raw materials and supplies ensuring quality and cost.
• Process approved purchase requisitions and manage active orders.
• Build relationships with vendors to reduce lead times and improve delivery.
• Gather quotes and evaluate sources to improve standardization and cost.
• Assist in job planning and scheduling label production work orders using Syteline ERP.
• Monitor material status and coordinate with production planning and manufacturing.
• Conduct cycle counts and reconcile inventory with accounting.
• Participate in cost reduction and continuous improvement projects.
