Job summary

CreatorIQ is seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to partner with Product and Engineering, translating technical plans into financial context and driving budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.

You will own the ROI case for major engineering investments, model cloud spend, and develop pricing strategies for usage-based products while working with leaders to align capacity with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years FP&A or finance business partnership experience.
• 5+ years supporting Product and Engineering in tech or SaaS.
• Strong modeling, forecasting, and pricing experience for usage-based costs.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary finance partner to Product and Engineering leaders.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for headcount and infra costs.
• Develop ROI and pricing models for new product lines and AI investments.
• Build dashboards to improve leadership visibility and accountability.
