Job summary

Ridgeline is seeking a finance business partner for the Product & Technology organization. This role goes beyond monthly close to bring financial judgment into tech decisions, including ROI analysis, capital allocation, and operating cadence.

You will work with senior leaders, own budgeting, headcount, and vendor planning, and drive a proactive finance strategy that informs roadmap choices and partners with VPs across P&T.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or related analytical roles.
• Ability to translate data into actionable financial recommendations.
• Strong communicator with senior stakeholders and bias toward action.

Responsibilities

• Own financial partnership for the Product & Tech org from budget vs. actuals to long-range planning.
• Build and run a rebuilt capital allocation process with AI-enabled tooling.
• Deliver ROI analyses on customer deals and roadmaps.
• Establish a recurring operating cadence giving finance a proactive seat in planning meetings.
• Partner with P&T VPs as a trusted advisor beyond reporting.
• Manage headcount and vendor planning including forecasting and budgeting.
