Job summary
Lumen is hiring a Senior Lead Technical Product Manager to define and execute the product vision for a portfolio of technology services and platforms. You will lead cross-functional Agile delivery, translate complex requirements, and drive service modernization through automation and self-service capabilities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, API design, DevOps, cloud computing, and data management.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams toward a shared vision.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a prioritized roadmap for capabilities, enhancements, and platform evolution.
- Balance business priorities, technical feasibility, customer demand, and operational needs.
- Define, catalog, and standardize services and capabilities within the workstream.
- Break complex offerings into consumable services and features.
- Establish clear service definitions, value propositions, and customer-facing outcomes.
- Drive automation and continuous improvement by assessing current-state processes and identifying maturity gaps.
