Job summary

Intralox, L.L.C. North America is seeking a Product Specialist for the ThermoDrive product line to drive strategic sales, manage key accounts, and train industry sales representatives. The role serves the North America market and reports to the ThermoDrive Sales Manager.

The successful candidate will combine technical understanding with strong communication, self-motivation, and a customer-focused mindset to protect the food supply chain and deliver reliable solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven sales experience and sales support preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication mandatory.
• Self-managed, proactive approach and willingness to tackle challenges.
• Natural curiosity and continuous learning mindset.
• Ability to travel to customer sites (estimated 70%+).

Responsibilities

• Drive strategy and focus sales of new ThermoDrive products and services.
• Support industry, account, and regional customer needs.
• Support strategic sales at targeted key accounts (EU & OEM).
• Link ThermoDrive advantages with commercial messages.
• Identify and help develop innovative new applications and products in collaboration with industry teams.
• Manage select account relationships with large ThermoDrive potential.
• Lead ThermoDrive sales training for Account Managers across food segments.
• Understand the food industry and markets to identify opportunities.
• Share product updates and best practices within the assigned industry team.
