The Wikimedia Foundation seeks a Lead Product Partnerships Manager for a 12-month contract. Remote, US; 40 hours per week with overlap 15:00–20:00 UTC.

You will cultivate partnerships to expand Wikipedia product reach, liaising with Product & Technology and cross-functional teams to drive non-commercial collaborations and content reuse. You will manage LOIs/MOUs, CRM, and partner pilots, while attending industry events to inform strategy and engage key partners in AI, EdTech, and social

Formación

• Proven experience forming and managing high-level, multi-stakeholder partnerships.
• Strong connections across the media and technology ecosystem, including AI, social, EdTech.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to influence internal and external stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and secure new product/technology partnerships.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to define value-oriented partnerships.
• Design pilots to drive attribution via the Wikimedia Attribution Framework.
• Coordinate across teams to maintain a partner pipeline and be the voice of Product in cross-department discussions.
• Draft LOI/MOUs and manage CRM with Partnerships staff.
• Attend conferences to represent WMF and gather industry intelligence.
• Monitor for new partnership opportunities tied to product releases.
• Align data formats and SLAs with the product roadmap for high-scale reuse.
