Job summary

ScanSource is seeking a strategic Product Owner to lead the vision, roadmap, and delivery of scalable software platforms across a multi-partner ecosystem. You will translate business strategy into a prioritized backlog and collaborate with technology, architecture, QA, operations, and partners to deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years in product ownership/management with cross-functional delivery.
• Experience prioritizing backlogs and writing high-quality requirements and user stories.
• Experience with platform-based products and B2B ecosystems.
• Strong Agile delivery, release planning, and stakeholder governance.
• Ability to translate strategy into executable roadmaps and measurable results.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills across business and technology teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Own vision, strategy, roadmap, and backlog for software platforms and solutions.
• Facilitate intake, prioritization, governance, and cross-functional decision-making.
• Lead product discovery with stakeholders to identify opportunities and define capabilities.
• Define requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success measures.
• Drive reusable platform capabilities while balancing configuration needs.
• Define and track product KPIs and adoption metrics.
• Coordinate dependencies and release readiness across teams and partners.
• Support rollout, change management, and ongoing optimization.
