Qualifications

• 12+ years in biopharma manufacturing with 3+ years as Product Owner/Manager.
• Experience with MES/eBR in regulated environments preferred.
• Hands-on experience with equipment readiness and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap for manufacturing execution.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and manage dependencies across teams.
• Track delivery performance and manage product budgets.
• Define and publish KPIs, drive root-cause analysis.
