Qualifications

• BS in Chemical Engineering or related technical degree.
• 5 years frontline leadership in manufacturing.
• Experience with high-volume chemical manufacturing a plus.
• Experience with production, project and maintenance planning.
• Strong communication skills; SAP/LIMS experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop front-line supervisory and maintenance teams.
• Drive safety, quality, and incident-free performance.
• Collaborate to deploy production plans meeting demand safely and on time.
• Develop staffing plans, vacation and overtime coverage.
• Manage capital projects and process improvements.
• Support environmental, safety, and quality programs.
• Lead lean initiatives and 8D/problem-solving efforts.
