Job summary

Georgia-Pacific is seeking a Product Owner for Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) in Green Bay, WI. You will define the product vision, prioritize features, and drive roadmaps to maximize business value across facilities.

Collaborating with operations, quality, maintenance, engineering and IT, you will translate strategic objectives into actionable delivery, oversee adoption, and monitor outcomes to improve production visibility, quality and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience as Product Owner/Manager delivering digital products and outcomes.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, maintenance, reliability, quality, or environmental processes.
• Experience with Agile delivery teams and multi-team environments.
• Experience aligning stakeholders and driving decisions across business and technical orgs.
• Experience prioritizing competing work requests based on business value and objectives.
• Experience managing product roadmaps, backlogs, and stakeholder expectations.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%.
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision, lifecycle, strategy, roadmap, and backlog aligned to manufacturing, business and digital strategies.
• Lead a cross-functional team to deliver high-value digital solutions.
• Partner with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, IT, and vendors to identify opportunities and drive outcomes.
• Own backlog prioritization balancing value, feedback, support needs, and technical improvements.
• Drive product delivery, manage dependencies, and remove barriers across teams.
• Lead product discovery and engage frontline users to improve manufacturing execution and performance.
• Manage feature rollout, adoption, training, and change management enterprise-wide.
• Monitor product health, adoption, and outcomes while pursuing continuous improvement.
• Communicate roadmap progress, priorities, risks, and results to leadership.
