FUJIFILM Electronic Materials, U.S.A., Inc. in Carrollton, TX seeks an Operations Manager to lead front-line teams, ensure safety and quality, and drive continuous improvement across production, maintenance, and facilities operations.

Responsibilities include coordinating planning, staffing, and capital projects, while partnering with engineers and management to sustain growth and efficiency in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• BS in Chemical Engineering required; other technical degrees considered if experience matches
• 5 years in frontline leadership in manufacturing
• Experience in high-volume chemical manufacturing preferred
• Experience planning production, projects, and maintenance
• Strong computer skills; SAP and LIMS experience a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work with all levels
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs and pass post-offer drug screening

Responsabilités

• Lead, develop, and support front-line supervisory and maintenance teams in Carrollton.
• Drive safety and quality cultures to achieve incident-free performance.
• Collaborate with Planning to deploy production plans meeting customer demand safely and on time.
• Maintain staffing plans including vacation and overtime coverage.
• Work with Process Engineers on troubleshooting, process improvement, capital projects and maintenance initiatives.
• Develop and track capital and project plans to support growth of the business.
• Manage capital projects for new products or facility improvements.
• Operate central facilities utility systems including instrument air, HVAC, electrical distribution and de-ionized water.
• Plan, schedule, and implement maintenance activities across the facility.
