Job summary

PNC is seeking a Product Owner II within its Data, Modeling & Analytics group. Based in Cleveland, OH, Pittsburgh, PA or Tysons Corner/DC, you will guide delivery teams, align priorities, and drive outcomes across enterprise platforms.

You’ll own the backlog, collaborate with Scrum Masters, and communicate business value to stakeholders. You will need solid Agile experience, strong business analysis, technical aptitude with data-driven systems, and proficiency in Jira/Confluence and MS Office.

Qualifications

Experience as a Product Owner in an Agile environment.
Strong business analysis capabilities, including requirements elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder alignment.
Technical aptitude supporting backend platforms, enterprise systems, or complex data-driven solutions.
Experience managing multiple products, initiatives, or concurrent workstreams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to operate effectively within Agile and Scrum frameworks.
Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Change Navigator, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
Advanced communication skills, including the ability to interpret complex technical discussions and translate them into clear, business-focused documentation and presentations.
Experience with Change@PNC methodology requirements, including Change Navigator administration, project lifecycle awareness, development of high-quality business requirements and acceptance criteria in Jira, and familiarity with 1LOD and 2LOD risk management engagement practices.

Responsibilities

Owns the vision and the definition of the product. Serves as the voice of the customer and prioritizes to maximize business value.
Defines and conveys the vision to the team to meet client requirements and business objectives.
Accountable for the creation and integrity of the product backlog and leads grooming.
Works with the Scrum Master to ensure items are worked on per the backlog and serves as the primary contact for questions.
Accepts delivery of working product, reviews outcomes, and communicates value to stakeholders.
Supports Change@PNC processes and aligns teams with enterprise standards.
