The role combines ownership, execution, and oversight for one enterprise platform, partnering with business leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business value and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Product Owner in an Agile environment.
• Strong business analysis including elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder alignment.
• Technical aptitude supporting backend platforms, enterprise systems, or data-driven solutions.
• Experience managing multiple products, initiatives, or concurrent workstreams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills within Agile and Scrum.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Change Navigator, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Change@PNC methodology requirements and risk management practices.

Responsibilities

• Serves as primary advocate for business and customer needs by setting priorities based on value, risk, and alignment.
• Communicates product vision to ensure delivery teams understand client requirements, goals, and outcomes.
• Partners with Scrum Master and team to clarify requirements and support release objectives.
• Reviews and accepts increments, then reports delivered value and key updates to stakeholders.
