Job summary

PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Product Owner II within the Data, Modeling & Analytics organization. The role can be based in Cleveland, OH, Pittsburgh, PA, or Tysons Corner/Washington, DC, overseeing one to two enterprise platforms and aligning priorities for delivery teams.

The PO II will help translate complex requirements into actionable backlogs, ensure adherence to architectural standards, and communicate business value to stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a Product Owner within an Agile environment.
• Strong business analysis capabilities including elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder alignment.
• Technical aptitude supporting backend platforms or complex data-driven solutions.
• Experience managing multiple products, initiatives, or concurrent workstreams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, especially within Agile/Scrum contexts.

Responsibilities

• Advocates for business and customer needs by setting priorities based on business value, risk, and alignment.
• Communicates the product vision to ensure teams understand requirements and outcomes.
• Partners with Scrum Master and delivery teams to clarify requirements and support execution.
• Reviews and communicates delivered value and updates to stakeholders.
