This role reports to the Vice President of Marketing and will manage a team responsible for commercialization, technical marketing, scientific content, and commercial execution across portfolios. The incumbent will partner with Product Management, R&D, Applications, and Commercial teams to translate scientific

• MS in molecular biology or related field required.
• 12+ years of relevant life sciences industry experience.
• 5+ years in people management and leading product marketing initiatives.
• Proven track record in commercialization and strategic leadership.
• Experience leading cross-functional new product development teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a high-performing Product Marketing team.
• Drive product positioning, messaging, and unified communications across portfolios.
• Oversee go-to-market planning, lifecycle marketing, and sales enablement.
