Job summary

Morpheus Talent Solutions is building out its delivery team for frontier AI partnerships. The Strategic Product Ops Lead will own end-to-end data development projects, from scoping to partner delivery, ensuring quality and timely outcomes in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.

The role fits leaders who have run cross-functional programs at pace in frontier labs or hard-tech companies, with experience in LLM training, RLHF, or evaluation programs being a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional programs in frontier labs or hard-tech environments.
• Ability to define quality rubrics and scope engagements with partners.
• Strong orchestration skills across design, engineering, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact for partners on delivery, timeline, and quality decisions.
• Scope new engagements—calibrate with the partner, define what quality means, brief experts on the rubric.
• Route quality signals to the appropriate layer (pod lead, Heads of Design, escalation).
• Manage expert allocation on projects alongside Supply Ops.
• Own scope changes before new commitments are made—no surprises to partner or team.
• Track project health and flag issues before they appear in the metrics.

Morpheus are partnered with a company teaching AI models what "great" looks like in subjective domains, starting with design — built around the thesis that quality in these areas is real, measurable, and worth investing in. They work across multiple frontier lab partnerships and are actively building out their delivery team, with capacity currently ahead of hiring.

They're hiring a Strategic Product Ops Lead — the DRI of data development projects end to end: scoping, expert staffing, quality routing, partner delivery, scope management, and margin. Ownership doesn't rotate — the person who scopes the work delivers it.

What you'll own:

• Be the primary point of contact for partners on delivery, timeline, and quality decisions
• Scope new engagements — calibrate with the partner, define what quality means, brief experts on the rubric
• Route quality signals to the right layer (pod lead, Heads of Design, edge-case escalation)
• Manage expert allocation on your projects alongside Supply Ops
• Own scope changes before new commitments are made — no surprises to the partner or the team
• Track project health and catch issues before they show up in the numbers
