Job summary

Morpheus Talent Solutions is seeking a Data Operations Lead to own the day-to-day execution and scaling of the data ops platform, sitting at the intersection of operations, product, and growth.

You will operate and scale the internal data ops platform, drive platform growth through acquisition campaigns, and manage a distributed human workforce for annotation, curation, and quality review. A focus on tooling, SOPs, and metrics will be essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with data tooling, scripting, and spreadsheet analysis.
• Strong organisational skills with multi-workstream focus.
• Growth mindset with experience in user acquisition or platform growth.
• Bachelor's in CS, STEM, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate and scale the internal data ops platform: workforce management, task assignment & QA workflows.
• Drive platform growth: run acquisition campaigns, test new sourcing channels, grow user base.
• Source, onboard, and manage a distributed human workforce for annotation, curation, quality review.
• Build and improve QA processes to meet frontier AI labs standards.
• Own product ops for the platform: work with engineering on tooling & track operational metrics.
• Create documentation, SOPs and training materials for operational workflows.

They're hiring a Data Operations Lead to own the day-to-day execution and scaling of their data operations platform — sitting at the intersection of operations, product, and growth.

What you'll do:

• Operate and scale the internal data ops platform: workforce management, task assignment, QA workflows
• Drive platform growth — run acquisition campaigns, test new sourcing channels, grow the user base
• Source, onboard, and manage a distributed human workforce for annotation, curation, and quality review
• Build and improve QA processes to meet the standards frontier AI labs require
• Own product ops for the platform — work with engineering on tooling improvements and track operational metrics
• Create documentation, SOPs, and training materials for operational workflows
