Job summary

Renesas Electronics is seeking a Product Marketing professional to drive strategy and execution for the Entry Line 32-bit MCU portfolio. You will partner with engineering, marketing, sales, and operations to translate market needs into compelling product roadmaps and lifecycle plans.

Responsibilities include developing ROI-focused investment strategies, defining short- and long-term roadmaps, and enabling the field with competitive analysis and collateral to accelerate design-wins and revenue

Qualifications

• : Master’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or a related technical field. MBA is a plus.
• : 8+ years of experience in semiconductor, embedded systems, or related industries.
• : 5+ years in product management or product line management.
• : Experience in Strategic Marketing, Technical Marketing, Business development, Applications, Supply chain management, cost management.

Responsibilities

• Product investment and roadmap strategy for Entry Line 32-bit MCU portfolio.
• Develop high-ROI product investment strategy aligned with market trends and segments.
• Define roadmaps for short- and long-term product families.
• Translate customer requirements into product definitions and requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering on architecture trade-offs and milestones.
• Build business cases for new product investments and feature expansions.
• Support go-to-market strategy, collateral, and launch activities.
• Enable sales/FAEs with competitive analysis and training.
• Drive design-wins and revenue growth through cross-functional collaboration.
