Job summary

Renesas Electronics is seeking an experienced Product Strategy & Planning professional in Austin, TX to own the product strategy, roadmap, and market-facing portfolios across AI, servers, data centers, networking, and computing.

You will partner with applications engineering, design, and test engineering to drive development and launch, align engineering with market needs, and develop compelling sales collateral and pricing strategies for global markets.

Qualifications

• BSEE or related field with 5+ years in business development, field applications engineering, marketing, or related roles.
• MSEE or MBA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy, roadmap, and portfolio for AI, servers, data centers, networking, telecom, and computing.
• Conduct competitive analysis to inform strategic positioning.
• Develop business cases and market requirements documents for new product concepts.
• Identify features to keep the portfolio cutting edge.
• Partner with engineering teams to develop and launch products.
• Provide direction to product development and align engineering with market needs.
• Create sales collateral, presentations, and pricing strategies.
• Develop comprehensive product documentation and training materials.
• Translate complex concepts into clear messages for diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with peer product managers to define end-to-end solutions.
• Stay current with technology trends across global offices.
