Hayward Flow Control, a division of Hayward Industries, is seeking a Product Manager for Core Products to drive profitability and growth of valves, strainers, and filters in Clemmons, NC.

Responsibilities include leading product lifecycle management, developing multi-year plans, and collaborating with sales, marketing, and engineering to ensure market-driven, financially sound product introductions. A Bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years in product management are required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Marketing or MBA preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of product management experience.
• Experience in the industrial sector, preferably in the flow control industry.
• Experience in new product development and introductions.
• History of successful product introductions meeting financial objectives.
• Strong business acumen with cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong presentation skills across all levels of the organization and with customers.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and update 3-year product line business plans and 5-year product portfolio plans aligned with company objectives.
• Manage the product development pipeline, champion new product development, and lead successful market introductions for assigned product lines.
• Conduct market and competitive analyses and develop strategies to maximize Hayward’s position in the market while delivering sales, profit, and market share goals.
• Represent Hayward to markets as the expert for assigned product lines and capture the Voice of Customer through research and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and engineering to ensure product strategies are aligned with company objectives.
• Guide the creation of collateral marketing campaigns and website presence to support product line strategy and new product launches.
