Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing or Business (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Experience in industrial sector, preferably flow control.
• Experience in new product development and introductions.
• Strong project management experience.
• LEAN training or experience.
• History of successful product introductions meeting financial objectives.
• Strong business acumen with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update 3-year product line business plans and 5-year product portfolio plans.
• Manage product development pipeline and lead market introductions.
• Conduct market and competitive analyses to maximize market share and profitability.
• Represent Hayward as the product expert; capture Voice of Customer.
• Monitor market changes and opportunities for new or expanding products.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, accounting and engineering to align strategies.
• Guide collateral marketing campaigns and website presence; support budgets for product activities.
