• Develop and execute the strategic plan for the Flow Control division and annual operating plans.
• Own full divisional P&L including revenue, gross margin, operating income, and cash flow.
• Lead sales, marketing, business development, and customer engagement activities.
• Provide leadership for manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and operational performance.
• Partner with engineering and product development to align portfolio strategy with customer needs.
