Job summary

Emerson Electric Co. is seeking a Product Manager to lead strategy and innovation for the Threading and Roll Grooving tool portfolio within Emerson Professional Tools.

You will identify evolving customer needs, shape new opportunities, and drive enhancements across the portfolio, collaborating across functions to bring products to market. You will manage full product lifecycles, develop market strategies, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver strong business results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years in product management or equivalent marketing/project management experience.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with financial acumen.
• Aptitude to quickly learn professional-grade tools and product fundamentals.
• Ability to understand customer needs and craft compelling value propositions.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration and independent work capability.
• Strong project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full product lifecycle across assigned categories from launch to rationalization.
• Develop and execute strategies for Pipe Tool products and opportunities.
• Drive growth through new product development and portfolio enhancements.
• Identify adjacent markets and expansion opportunities.
• Leverage market research to inform product development and messaging.
• Guide programs from concept to commercialization with cross-disciplinary teams.
• Analyze competitive positioning and articulate product value and differentiation.
• Present strategic plans and insights to senior leadership.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver strong business outcomes.
• Engage in portfolio activities like pricing, forecasting, sourcing, and sales enablement.
