Job summary

Amcor in Houston, TX is seeking a Product Manager to lead strategic vision and profitability for our Retail Private Label and Branded product lines, guiding onboarding of new business and SKU rationalization. You will partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, Sourcing and Marketing to shape pricing, product development, and channel strategies, ensuring alignment with regulatory and quality requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Admin or related field.
• Preferred 5–7 years experience in Product Management and/or Sales.
• Experience in product management strategy, new product development techniques.
• Knowledge of retail and channel strategy management.
• Proficiency with analytical tools for P&L and product line assessment for profitability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic vision for the product line; existing, enhanced & new technology recommendations; includes product development roadmap for channel & product line effectiveness, growth & profitability.
• Lead pricing, assortment direction and profitability analyses for new business opportunities and optimization for existing business.
• Oversee onboarding of new business, product transitions & SKU rationalization; collaborate with cross-functional leaders.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, Sourcing, Supply Chain and Marketing to drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Manage regulatory, compliance and quality initiatives; ensure clear product positioning and communication strategies.
