Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 5+ years in Product Management, with 2+ years in pharma and regulatory understanding.
• Advanced MS Office; exposure to 3D modeling, CFD or animation software desirable.

Aufgaben

• Identify high-value product opportunities aligned with customer needs and AST's mission.
• Direct complex development programs with budget adherence and milestones.
• Collaborate with Execution and R&D to manage the product lifecycle.
• Work with Marketing, BD, and Engineering to launch products via campaigns and training.
• Coordinate with Quality and Engineering on change controls and updates.
• Drive value engineering with Supply Chain to optimize costs and features.
• Maintain rigorous product specifications throughout the project cycle.
• Develop deep customer relationships; travel 15%+ domestically and internationally.
