Job summary

AST is seeking a strategic Product Manager to join our Research and Development team at our Tacoma, WA headquarters. You will define and execute product roadmaps, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive market expansion for innovative products and services in the Life Science industry.

Reporting to the CTO, you will lead market intelligence, strategic alignment, and go-to-market initiatives while managing budgets and milestones. Travel up to 15% domestically and internationally may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Management, including 2+ years in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field.
• Strong communication, writing and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Market intelligence to monitor pharma/biotech landscape and trends.
• Develop and execute product roadmaps aligned with business strategy.
• Lead cross-functional teams in product development lifecycle.
• Go-to-Market with Marketing, BD, and Engineering.
• Budget and milestone accountability across programs.
