Job summary

Mativ in Alpharetta, GA (hybrid) is seeking a Product Manager to own the product roadmap and drive strategy for Building & Construction Materials and Adhesive Tapes. You will partner with R&D, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to translate market insights into profitable product plans.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in B2B product management, with a track record of launching new products and managing pricing, positioning, and collateral. Travel up to 20% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Materials) or related field.
• 3–5 years of product management in B2B manufacturing with sales/marketing/R&D exposure.
• 3+ years of marketing experience (promotions, pricing or industry support).
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
• Experience in Building & Construction Materials and/or Adhesive Tapes is a plus.
• Product/Project Management training and certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop business strategy and product roadmap based on market and customer insights.
• Own prioritization of pipeline and product requirements with R&D collaboration.
• Define opportunities size, pricing, and value propositions for products.
• Execute projects from development to commercialization with cross-functional teams.
• Lead pricing strategy with Sales, Finance, and Marketing.
• Support sales with training, tools, demos, and content for strategic customers.
