Amazon.com Services LLC in Seattle, WA is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager for EC2 to drive the strategic direction and technical roadmap of a core AWS service. You will partner with engineering, sales, marketing, and customers to translate needs into product requirements and deliver innovative solutions.

You will own the lifecycle of features from concept through GTM, balance customer impact with business goals, and communicate a compelling product vision to executives and teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product management experience.
• 3+ years in technical roles (software, networks, IT).
• Bachelor's degree in CS, engineering, math, finance, or economics.
• Experience delivering large SaaS, PaaS or LaaS products from concept to GTM.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical subject matter expert for the EC2 service.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and support to gather customer insights and prioritize the roadmap.
• Translate complex technical requirements into clear product specifications for cross-functional teams.
• Monitor industry trends and feedback to identify opportunities for enhancement and innovation.
• Communicate product vision and initiatives to leadership and stakeholders.
• Advocate for customer needs to the product development team.
• Develop understanding of the AWS ecosystem and EC2 integration with other services.
• Provide technical guidance to sales and professional services for complex engagements.
• Plan and execute successful product launches to drive adoption and satisfaction.
