Job summary

Arkema Inc. is seeking a Product Portfolio Manager to lead product strategy, lifecycle analysis, and regional portfolio standardization to optimize supply chain and profitability. The role includes Stage Gate coordination and cross-functional alignment across commercial, new business and product development initiatives.

The candidate should have a BS in a related field, 5+ years in portfolio management or related roles, and strong financial acumen. Regional travel is expected.

Qualifications

• BS in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain and/or Chemical Engineering/Chemistry, or other related areas. MBA a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the product portfolio aligned with regional needs and global strategy.
• Conduct routine product lifecycle analysis and portfolio reviews to determine promotions, rationalizations, and new development needs.
• Standardize portfolio regionally to leverage regional/global manufacturing footprint for supply chain optimization.
• Refine service level requirements by product with input from sales and marketing for supply chain implementation.
• Approve creation of new raw materials, products and packaging and ensure accuracy of product master data.
• Support CSR efforts and CSR-related product development.
