Elemental Enzymes is seeking a Portfolio Strategy Manager – Plant Nutrition in St. Louis, MO. You will own portfolio prioritization, evaluate new opportunities, and lead market intelligence to shape strategy and product positioning.

The role requires collaboration with Marketing, Commercial, Regulatory, and cross-functional teams to drive successful market introductions. We seek a customer-focused leader with 10+ years in B2B agriculture, strong project management, and advanced MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business- or science-related discipline.
• 10+ years in B2B sales, marketing, product development, or customer experience in agriculture inputs.
• Experience in project management.
• Extensive interpersonal and cross-group collaboration skills.
• MS Office proficiency, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to travel overnight up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Own product portfolio prioritization and valuation aligned with strategy and ROI.
• Assess new product/market opportunities based on size, growth, needs, competition, fit, and investment.
• Lead market intelligence to identify trends, needs, and competition.
• Conduct product valuations and business case analyses for prioritization decisions.
• Develop multi-year portfolio strategies, lifecycle management, and market expansion.
• Coordinate complex partner structures and support Global Account Leaders.
• Define and influence go-to-market strategies and product positioning with Marketing and cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate competitive and technical assessments to evaluate capabilities and fit.
• Lead portfolio presentations and communicate value and priorities internally and externally.
• Serve as SME on assigned markets, applications, competitors and agronomic practices.
• Recommend prioritization based on fit, need, and potential return.
• Lead and coordinate product launches with cross-functional teams.
