Job summary

The Arkema Group is seeking a Portfolio Manager for Crop Nutrition & Industrial Minerals in the United States. You will lead product strategy, lifecycle analysis, and regional portfolio development, coordinating Stage Gate processes and cross-functional teams to drive growth and profitability.

Responsibilities include optimizing the portfolio, collaborating with sales/marketing, and ensuring data accuracy while supporting CSR initiatives. Travel ~15% may be required.

Qualifications

• BS in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain and/or Chemical Engineering/Chemistry; MBA a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years in Portfolio Management, Product and New Business Development.
• Proven financial acumen and understanding of project valuation calculations.
• High level of written and oral communication; able to present to stakeholders.
• Excellent project management and organization skills; manage multiple projects.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
• Regional travel ~15%.

Responsibilities

• Product strategy and portfolio management for Crop Nutrition & Industrial Minerals.
• Stage Gate process owner and coordination for development initiatives.
• Liaise with commercial and support functions for new business and product development.
• Develop and manage the regional product portfolio aligned with global strategy.
• Conduct portfolio reviews and lifecycle analysis to guide promotions and rationalization.
• Standardize portfolio regionally and optimize supply chain and sourcing.
• Refine service level requirements by product with input from sales/marketing.
• Approve new raw materials, products, and packaging; ensure master data accuracy.
• Support CSR efforts and related product development.
