Job summary

MFA Incorporated in Columbia, MO is seeking a Product Manager for Crop Protection to lead the private-label portfolio, including adjuvants, nutritionals, biologicals, and seed treatments. You will oversee pricing, procurement, supplier relationships, and portfolio lifecycle from evaluation to commercialization, driving profitability and market competitiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in agriculture or related field preferred.
• Experience with customer service preferred.
• Knowledge of crop protection products and agriculture market is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as product owner for assigned crop protection and private-label portfolio.
• Oversee biologicals, seed treatments, adjuvants, nutritionals, and plant health products.
• Manage lifecycle from evaluation to commercialization and portfolio optimization.
• Develop and maintain pricing strategies, supplier relationships, and contract terms.
• Lead inventory forecasting, procurement, rebates, and supply agreements.
• Collaborate with manufacturers, formulators, and distribution partners to maximize profitability.
